The Launching Program of the Community-Based Training for Enterprise Development (CBTED) was held at Bgy. # 21, Libtong, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte.
The said training on (1) Welding and Steel Fabrication and (2. ) Building Wiring- Level II under the Noble Initiative for Countryside Opprotunities by Mobilizing Enterprise Development for Economic Sustainability (NICOMEDES) of Bacarra Program was sponsored by the LGU of Bacarra in cooperation with TESDA-Ilocos Norte, Marcos Agro-Industrial and the Association of Bgy. Council of Bacarra.
After the training that will lasts to fifteen days and a 3-day assessment, a national certificate to be issued by TESDA will be given to the participating trainees who passed all the requirements needed.
